Howdy, I'm Carnydave from Utah. I have owned and operated a carnival for 25 years now. I have had great barbeque from all over the western US. FYI, Dillon, Mt and a little food truck at a festival in Fairplay, Colorado currently have the best I've ever had. I snowboard during the winter in the beautiful Utah mountains. I'm a husband, father, and grandpa. I recently, (after a horrifying first try) found the wonder of cooking brisket and it's currently my favorite thing to smoke. I found this website while educating myself about making my own corned beef/pastrami. I think that's gonna be my next cook.
