I'm a long time meathead lurker( without a subscription) and excited to join everyone in the pursuit of great flavor!

I just got a Weber Spirit 300 based off Max Good's recommendation, about to go to Costco later today to pick out a thermometer, and we're breaking the grill in with steak, chicken thighs and local chorizo.

Favorite Beer: Belgiums! SF Bay area over the years has weaned me off IPAs.
