    Hello to everyone from Connecticut

    Yes even here we like to cook a little beef now and then along with all of the other goodies I go by the handle "NotAChef" and it's true but I'm trying. I'll be around now and again to see what's cooking.

        Welcome, I am usually up in CT a few times a year but haven't found any good food, maybe you can help fix that! I am usually in Shelton.

                  Thank you all for the welcome. I was out of the state on business for a bit and now a hard winter is setting in so it may be a while before I get to fire up the grill again. Looking forward to getting some new ideas on how to enjoy our cooking experience.
