    New to this site

    Hi there, new to the site, not to smoking. Started on a Smoky Mountain got a Good One after that and then got lazy and went to pellet smoking. Had a Green Mountain Daniel Boone, currently have a Louisiana 1100 Grill and Traeger Pro 780.I am enjoying the Forums here, as overt bragging and making fun of the noobs doesn't seem to happen. Bravo. Looking forward to learning and sharing.

              There are only three who brag & you will find out who they are in time. Other than that we are a group of hung down, dragged out, beaten up pilgrims tryin to survive by cookin over a fire. We are friendly cuz there is no other way. We’ll help when we can.
