I have a Hasty Bake that I won right here on Amazing Ribs ! Also have a pellet grill but the HB is the best for daytime BBQ. Like my Thermoworks chef alarm and heat resistant gloves.
Hi everyone. This place is such a great source of information. I live and work on a cattle farm and even though it's always busy here , I love to use my grill. Right now, I have a Memphis pro pellet grill. It's nice because of the set and forget temperature control but I still miss the real "smoky log" flavor . Looking to get a sns before long at least for burgers and steaks. If I can find the space to store it that is. I see that it's on sale for a few days , but can't pull the trigger yet.
Thanks to everyone for the great information .
