    Hello from PA

My name is Jereme, like Jeremy but with an e at the end, and I'm from Pittsburgh. I joined about a year ago and just finally got around to the Pit, I've been lost in the techniques and recipes section. I came across AmazingRibs while looking for reviews of gas grills and now have a healthy(my wife thinks otherwise) obbsession with BBQ.

Thank you guys for an unbelieveable website!

Pittsburgh! I have roots in Ligonier PA, not too far from you. Been a long time since I've been there though, is Fort Ligonier still there?

I still have a souvenir that I bought there as a kid some 40+ years ago, a small maybe 6" long cast iron replica of a civil war rifle of some type. I have relatives still living in Ligonier although I haven't seen them in a number of years. One of these days I'll have to travel back and relive it all.
