Hi Everyone,
Greetings from Westford, MA, where we are expecting some "mixed Precipitation," later this evening. I prefer a mixed grill, myself.
I have been a fan of AMazingribs for a while and have used many of the recipes and methods from there and have bought several products that were recommended there. I appreciate the scientific approach, as I am a bit of a dork, as well as a meat lover.

I cook on:
- Weber kettle grill, my favorite for pulled pork and grilling.
- Pit Barrel Jr.: My newest toy (beginning of pandemic, purchase) that I LOVE for ribs and duck and chicken, and I am still experimenting with it.
- Weber spirit 2 burner gas grill for when I am in a hurry or don't have enough food to cook to warrant a bunch of charcoal (it is my favorite for cooking swordfish)
- propane smoker, Master Forge, I think, Mostly a condo for mice and flying squirrels since I got the PBJ to be honest.
