Hello from Concord, NC! New to the Pit, but not smoking/grilling. Started 30+ years ago with a cheap Brinkman smoker, caught the bug, and have never let go. My current stable of grills include a Weber Genesis gasser, a Kamado Joe Classic Joe (my primary smoker/grill for the past 11+ years), a recently purchased Victory pellet grill, and an Old Smokey that I play with at our mountain house. What’s next? Don’t know yet, but I am sure there will be more!

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

Welcome from the Pacific Northwest. I spent a weekend in Concord once. We did all the NASCAR touristy stuff. It wasn’t a race weekend, but we had great time.
