Howdy all. Got my first offset smoker about 10 years ago but have only been an occasional smoker and still a novice for sure. Have had some decent success with Brisket, Ribs, Pork butt and more but since finding amazingribs.com and receiving Meathead book for Christmas i know i still have a lot to learn. Looking forward to diving in and learning all I can.
