    Greetings from Miami

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. New member looking for real world guidance on smokers for an intermediate level griller. I have a pit barrel which is great for some things but looking to upgrade results for my brisket, pork butt etc. prefer minimal intervention in the process so thinking pellet smoker or Kamado. Thanks!

Welcome from the Land of Enchantment! Lots of people here with a PBC that will help with dialing in that cooker - or help you spend your money too

Yes, we have many folks with PBCs that can help. For the next smoker I’d look at Grilla Grills for pellets or Akorn for a very good kamado. Grilla is running a ton of Black Friday deals now as well.

Join the ranks of wood pellet grill and smoker converts. Once you try one of our wood pellet grills, you won't go back -- the quality can't be beat! Buy a pellet grill today!

Premium kamado-style grilling without the premium price tag, Char-Griller's AKORN Kamado Charcoal Grills give you ultimate versatility to grill, smoke, sear, bake, roast and more!

Welcome to The Pit. If you get either a Weber kettle or an SnS grill and a controller, you can have very little interaction after initial setup.
