    Howdy Y’all!

    Finally got around to joining the group after surfing the public pages and peer pressure at the 2021 October Meat Up. Currently in San Antonio and lover of everything Sous Vide Que and pellet-head related.

    Looking forward to all the new/ continued adventures in BBQ.
