I am here to learn. I am really new to the smoking game. I have done a few chickens, chicken wings, ribs and Mac and cheese. I think that i did fairly well as i didn't get any complaints. I know that there is plenty of room for improvement. Looking forward to interacting with everyone and learning from everyone.

Hello From Malone NY
Hello all, I am currently a pit hound aspiring to be a pit master one day. I am 51 years old. I was a butcher for 13 years and have always loved grilling food. I just started learning to use a smoker. I have a cheap off set smoker for charbroil and just purchased a Pitboss Austin XL pellet smoker. I also use a Weber kettle cooker. Looking to purchase a blackstone in the near future.
