    BradHart here

Found the site looking for information about making my own corned beef. I found so much great information about that, I had to join. I'm in western Colorado and I raise beef for a living. Despite that, I eat more wild game than beef. My grill, more flame comes out at the regulator than the burners, and I'm excited to check out the equipment review section. I'm tired of stuff wearing out in a year or 2. I've made jerky with a Little Chief since I was a kid.

Welcome, yeah it is rough buying quality when you don't really know what quality is, price isn't always an indicator. Max will get you hooked up with those reviews.

I made some corned venison and pastrami, I had never had anything from a deer other than jerkey and chili.
