Hello from Northern California, I bought a propane outdoor griddle during the lockdown since I couldn't go out to eat really, made alot of different stuff on it, got hooked on outdoor cooking so I bought a Traeger Ironwood 885 and have been expanding my horizons. I like the cooking, but it also brings the older kids back to the house for dinner on the weekends so we can all sit down together and catch up.
Currently own:
Weber 22 and 26 Kettle.
Regular gasser with rotisserie.
Custom built horizontal stick burner.
Custom built duel fuel "whole hog" cooker.
Many other tools of the trade.
LSG Adjustable Grill/Smoker, MAK Pellet Grill, Large BGE with Several Attachments from the Ceramic Grill Store, Weber Genesis E335 Gasser, Cast Iron Pans & Griddle, Grill Grates, Mostly Thermoworks Thermometers, Anova SV Stick, BBQ Guru Controller and Fan
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I also got into flat-top/griddle cooking during 2020, even though I had been cooking on about every other type of grill or smoker for 30+ years. I find the griddle to be fun to cook on, and easy to cleanup.
