    Greetings from Buffalo, NY

Been a long time lurker on this forum, and decided to take the plunge. I am by far NOT the greatest pit master, but my family and friends might try to say otherwise. I primarily use the 18.5” PBC, but just recently sprung for the bigger PBX. The one thing that people have raved about is my pulled pork. The pics that follow are samples of my work. Ribs and split breasts were done on the PBX, pork butts we’re done on my original PBC.

I love my Pit Barrel! Admittedly, the first ribs I smoked were on my gas grill using smoke bombs…not the same. Charcoal is FAR superior! 😊

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It’s among the best bargains for a smoker in the world. This baby cooks circles around cheap offset smokers because temperature control is so much easier. Click here to read our detailed review and the raves from people who own them.
