My wife’s brother is in Falmouth, I haven’t been up that way in entirely too long. I might hate a few of your sports teams on principle, but it truly is a great state.

      Yay more NC people

Welcome aboard from Kernersville NC, Will! Good to see you Johnston County boys are still keeping the tradition of one wife
I have a couple of close friends that are from that part of the country and will note one thing...If ever in a fight you want them in your corner! Cheers biggun'

😂 We try to stay on the straight and narrow. This is actually my adopted home, but it’s my adopted home for a reason.

        Welcome from Colorado …

Welcome from Charlotte. Former Raleigh guy too.

Welcome from St. Cloud, FL. You sure have all the bases covered.

The 700 was my most recent pick-up and definitely rounded out the field.

I plan to get a griddle when I have more space and a stick burner when the kids are teenagers and don’t want to be around me.

            Welcome from Chicago land!

Welcome to The Pit Will, we’re glad to have ya! In addition to great BBQ tips you’ll also find we give marriage advice and offer financial planning. I’m a little excited right now cause my fourth wife is at Home Depot as we speak, she’s putting me a new kettle on lay away.

A big part of this site is our unbiased equipment and product reviews. We love playing with toys and we have no problem calling them the way we see them. Some companies pay a finder’s fee if a reader clicks a link on AmazingRibs.com and buys a product. It has zero impact on our reviews, zero impact on the price you pay, and the sites never tell us what you bought, but it has a major impact on our ability to keep this site alive! The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

                      Our Favorite Backyard Smoker

The amazing Karubecue is the most innovative smoker in the world. The quality of meat from this machine is astonishing. At its crux is a patented firebox that burns logs above the cooking chamber and sucks heat and extremely clean blue smoke into the thermostat controlled oven. It is our favorite smoker, period.

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.
