Hi, My name is Terri and I love to Barbeque and use a smoker. I have a gas Weber Spirit E-310 and an electric Smokn-it model #1 smoker. I've been cooking outside for many years on charcoal, wood and gas. I started smoking back in the 70's usng foil pans on charcoal grills with all types of wood chips, tea leaves and other weird things. I have a few favorite recipes and rubs but this site is amazing! So many great ideas, recipes and good advice! Thank you all
