    Smoking Apprentice
Covid-19 Therapy New to forum. Love smoking brisket and whole chicken.
I want to do beef ribs. The whole plate. Suggestions please and recipes. I use a pellet smoker and have added on a large “smoke daddy” to assist with the smoking. It works very well.

                Welcome from St. Cloud, FL.

I do beef ribs (shorts or plate) the same way I do brisket, your brisket does look pretty good so doing beef ribs will be easy. Good luck and send pics of your finished product.

Welcome. If you like sweet beans, then check out the bourbon BBQ recipe on the free site. I don't use the raisins, but soak the apple in bourbon. Never really enjoyed beans until that recipe.
