Hello everyone. Glad to become a member of AmazingRibs.com. Lots of great information on the site. I have a Big Green Egg, a Weber Smokefire generation 2.0 (that is fantastic), a Weber Smoky Mountain, and a Napoleon Travel Grill that I take on my annual fishing trips. I love to barbecue (and drink single malt whisky), and will soon be cold smoking the salmon that I just caught on my most recent trip to Nootka Sound on Vancouver Island.Tags: None
