I tried the club awhile back and finally decided to jump back in the fray. Excited to learn more and hopefully help some folks along the way. Amazing Ribs has been a huge help on this journey. Started out about four years ago with a SnS on a Weber kettle at my in-laws when there for holidays. Been cooking on a Big Joe with SnS insert and a Chargriller Legacy Grill (sealed up) at home. Recently got a Smokin Brothers Premium 36†Pellet grill and lovin it! Got some butts cooking right now. So here’s to blue skies and blue smoke!
