    Introducing myself

    Hello everybody my name is David Chase. I just joined July 4th of this year. I’ve been smoking meat and fish and barbecuing since I was about 16, but I still got a lot to learn. I currently use a pellet grill from the RecTec that I’ve had for about seven years, which has a cold smoker attachment to it. I also have a Kamado Joe Classic 2. We live in Salem Oregon.
