Hello fellow BBQ friends!
My weekday job is practicing ophthalmology, but my passion has become BBQ (with a ton of help from AmazingRibs). I went from a cheap gas grill to now using a Weber Summit 670 and a 24 inch Camp Chef propane smoker. I haven't had much time to learn the art of fire management so these have been great for me to produce some good food. I hope to move to some charcoal smokers as I get more time. I look forward to all the stuff I will learn on this new site.
