I am Keith. American born, Southern by the grace of God! I am in central Arkansas. Been cooking for a long, long time. Been grilling almost as long. Been smoking a few years now. I just came across this place and I am glad I did. I am smoking a rack of baby backs, a rack of St. Louis and a pork butt for the fourth. I will post pictures later. Well, that's me. I am looking forward to meeting lots of good people here. Thanks.
I use a Char-Griller Super Pro with a side fire box and a Therm Pro thermometer.
Welcome to The Pit Keith from a fellow Southerner. Lots of good folks here and look forward to seeing some of your cooks. We do like pics also, of your cooker(s) , food ya made, pets, booze you drink, credit card pics too, (front and back)
