About myself? I am tall, good looking and athletic, wrong website. As always, I'm constantly looking for knowledge and am amazed at how much I have not accumulated despite many decades of outdoor cooking with the past 11 years exclusively on Kamado's. I'm outside 2-3 times a week and my neighbors know it, thankfully in a good way.

I am a leukemia survivor with 3 greyhounds that eat better than I do. I was a powerlifter who now throws iron around for fun. An LSU football and Gonzaga basketball fan, living in N. Texas. Seriously dislike politics.
What else? I believe in ghosts after living with one for a long time and thats about it. I hope to learn and share information that will all result in better tasting food for all of us.
