Hi everyone. Jim here from Boise Idaho. I write code for a living and obsess over seemingly unimportant things (like grills, smokers, sprinklers and whatever else pops in my head) when I'm not working. Currently have a Memphis Advantage pellet grill and a 28" Blackstone griddle. Looking to add a dedicated smoker. Also have a Thermoworks Smoke with gateway and a Thermopop. Looking forward to the activity around here.
