    New member from Michigan. Have a large green egg in my outdoor kitchen here and use a traeger tailgater in Florida at our RV. Enjoy long cooks, for pork and beef. Look forward to learning more techniques here.

                        Welcome from a native Detroiter in TN. Where do you go in FL? We have an RV too, spend time in Marathon and Ocala mostly. We have a Traeger Scout. We also have a Grilla Chimp I want to start using, but it won't quite fit in the basement. I am going to start putting in the car we tow though.
