I’m glad to have found this group. Displaced Texan who’s now in AZ. I’ve been serious about smoking BBQ for about 6 years now. Started with a BGE and moved on to a Mak 2 Star about 4 years ago. I’m hopping to graduate to a stick smoker in the near future. I look forward to visiting with folks and increasing my BBQ knowledge. Thanks for having this forum, it’s a wealth of information.
