I am originally from Memphis, TN. Have been living in Texas now for 50 years. Enjoy my Memphis Ribs and Pork shoulders using Hickory smoke and beef using Mesquite. I have Meatheads books and use many of the various rubs and techniqes. My neighbors enjoy the cookouts we have and never go home hungry. Amazing Ribs has been a great resource for me and I continue to find new ideas there.
