Josh here! Super stoked to be here. I have already learned so much from the free site, and I’m looking forward to growing my knowledge and skills.
I cook on a Weber kettle. I am in the market for an offset smoker, but I really enjoy kettle cooking. I feel I am able to do it all on those little guys.
As far as my skills. Well I don’t like to toot my own horn, so I guess I will let my family and friends do that for me. But i will say there is never leftovers when I get on the bbq.
