    Desperate! Help!

Desperate here.... have a Boston butt/picnic on the grill for the last 13.5 hours. Lunch is in 25 minutes and i am only at 167 degrees. Just put it in the oven at 350. Anything else i can do?

Nope, that's it. If you haven't wrap it in foil.

BTW, if it doesnt get a temp where it pulls nicely, slice it. Should still taste great.

Agreed. Wrapping will speed up the process, 350* is a good temp. Hopefully it will be ready on time but I bet it takes an hour.

Yep, just wrap it in foil and give it an hour or so at 350.

Anxious to see how this turned out. Did you slice? Seemed to be the only option to me. I am sure it was great!

little late getting back to this...i left it in the oven at 350 for as long as I could and it got up to 178 and i had to go with it. I was able to pull it, at least most of it, and sliced what i could not pull. The smaller butt was perfect so i didn't feel too bad.

thanks for the advice all! wrapping in foil certainly helped. Not sure how but I had forgotten that was a good way to get over the stall.
