    Cheers! From Fort Worth

I’ve been borrowing from Meathead for over 5 years now and finally took the Pitmaster Plunge. I’m semi-retired and looking to develop beyond the Weber kettle. Thinking about a "The Good One Heritage". Any thoughts from owners?

    Steve M (MeatFairy)

BTW: My Sis In Law started "The Meat Fairy" thing a couple years ago when I would feed their chickens and scoop the litter box when they were vacationing. I’d leave hunks of vac-sealed meat and pulled pork in their freezer. When they returned home they’d find them in the freezer. Leave a litter box full of scat and The Meat Fairy leaves you a couple lbs ofpulled pork or brisket...
