I’m not new to grilling, but I always want to learn more about this fine craft. Many moons ago, after going through culinary school in Memphis, TN, I worked in several fine dining restaurants. However, I’ve always gravitated more towards southern home cooking, and the simplicity of perfectly flame kissed meat (which is not always that simple, I suppose).
