Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Wow. I can't believe a couple of steaks I made somehow were newsletter worthy! Thanks team AmazingRibs! The most notable thing about them is that they were cooking on a grill that was provided by AmazingRibs, in January 2021.

Yeah my son didn’t care either. He kind of hurt my feelings to be honest. But at least the wifey was excited for me. Or at least she was willing to fake it to make me feel good. 🤷‍♂️
