Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

As always thanks for the recognition Huskee. I must say, however, that the talent level, as well as the presentations and photographs on this site are getting better and better. With the advent of better cameras, even smart phone ones, the resolution and clarity, along with better understanding of composition, really set this site and it's cooks apart !!!
