    I am looking forward to this one. I have not tried cooking a brisket yet, it's on my to do list and this should give me the confidence to try one.

            DC the audio is coming through fine for me. I think this must be a problem with your device. Perhaps your mike is on and causing an audio loop?

            Hi DC - I had same problem but realized it was because I had the video open on the amazing ribs website and I had clicked to watch on you tube for the bigger screen. I shut down the amazing ribs page and the echo when away

              Great and FLAWLESS seminar!!! Thanks MH for getting Tuffy here. If you are brainstorming for ideas for future seminars, Id like to have someone come in and talk about how to break into the competition scene. What the process is like, what organization to belong to, how to get sponsors, etc...

                      Just watched the Tuffy Stone Seminar - Great work Craig, very enjoyable. He is a really interesting guy and made me wonder how he finds time to appear on BBQ Pitmaster. Burnt ends tip was great. Thanks for some great content.
