Meathead Appeared On My Podcast and Explained Why Science Makes Now The Golden Age Of BBQ
In support of his new book, The Meathead Method (this is an affiliate link), Meathead appeared on the latest episode of my Backyard SmokeMaster BBQ podcast. The show almost didn't happen as I lost power at my house 1 1/2 hours before showtime. I stream live so that I can include questions from viewers during the interview.
I appreciate that Meathead's recommendations come from a scientific approach and he takes great care in explaining the why in his methods.
I was super stressed and had just about given up all hope that the interview would happen when the electricity came back 10 minutes before we were to go live. Even though I was scrambling and discombobulated at the beginning, Meathead stuck with me and dropped great nuggets throughout the show.
I am humbled and grateful for our discussion.... it is a forever highlight in my BBQ journey.
