Weber performer generation 2 - what is a fair price?

Hello, I am brand new to this site and happy to find it! We live in Kansas City so BBQ and grilling is a big past time here! We just bought a Weber Genesis and we are looking forward to new and exciting cooking experiences with it! I will be following closely for tips and tricks. In the meantime, I have a 2nd generation Weber Performer grill purchased in 2012. It has been well used but Still works great and fires on first push of the button. The grates and baskets could probably be replaced. The baskets are getting pretty rusty and the table top is a bit scratched up. My question for you is, what is a fair price "as is"?
Also, would you replace the grates and baskets before selling to get a better price or is that even worth it? I am selling it with a full bottle of propane, and almost full 20 lb bag of charcoal and a grill mat. Our cover just bit the dust a couple of days ago so I’m not including that. Based on this information and the photos, can anyone help me with fair pricing for it?

Thank you! I’m in Kansas City Missouri. Looks pretty far away from you :-). So do you think $100 based on condition is a fair price?

I'd start at $175! Its still under warranty (metal parts) if it is a 2012.

I was thinking without replacing the great or the baskets, I should probably go for $125. If I replace those, I’m not sure it would be worth any more additional than what I pay for those parts.

I believe there are only two years left on the warranty. You used it for 8 years, so how much more of your money do you think you need to get out of it? If you were buying it used what would you pay for it? The price you set will affect how fast you are able to sell it. I think I would set the price to move it and make no improvements other than cleaning it up.

I wish I'd seen this earlier... I always miss out.

As to selling with or without new grates - sell as is. Never put money into something to sell it, and always keep in mind that the buyer might want different grates. For me, customizing is the reason to buy used.
