Had this for 3 seasons now I guess. Very nice vertical smoker with Santa Maria grill. Most here have more than likely have heard of Arizona BBQ Outfitters if not a quick Google will get you to their web site and you can read up on them. They produce quality.
I have another horizontal custom trailer rig and I am selling this one to downsize or fund another rig I haven't decided quite yet.
A few particulars. The vertical is a 7 rack vertical which will hold 28 pork loin back ribs. Shelves can be removed of course for fitting larger cuts of meat.

The Santa Maria is 24X36 with Argentine grates. Lots of room for whatever you may need to grill. I did tri tips for a party of 150 smoked them in the vertical and reversed seared them on the Santa Maria. Excellent!
I have done a few mods to this unit like adding another exhaust stack to the vertical for a more even draw and added some tie down points for strapping down coolers or wood box.
I have nearly $7000 invested with shipping from Az to Mn included.
I am selling for $5000. Delivery is a possibility.

If you notice in the first pic there is a full ramp on the back of the unit. I had this modified to just a step up as seen in the later pics. The ramp could be tricky navigating carrying a pan full of ribs especially if you had a little grease on the bottom of your shoes ask me how I know!! The mod is much better.

Thanks everyone but i'm really holding out at $5K for this unit as I know it's worth every bit of that. If I can't get that for it I will most likely keep it. I have had several summer bookings come in the last 2 weeks for cooking at events so having it in the stable for use is fine with me. Sorry Strolan but save some more money and let me know when you can come up with the asking price.

Ok one more time to the top! I'm about ready to get this out of storage in a week or so. Do a little clean up. Fire box needs a good wire brush treatment and a coat of hit temp paint which I will do. New members are joining every day so maybe some haven't seen the ad so...still available and delivery still a possibility.

I have found another rig for sale so the sale of this one will help fund that. Price still $5000.
