Looking for blacksmith anvil

I know this is off topic but i am looking for anvil for black smithing was hoping some one in the group might know some one that has one in a barn or garage that they are tired of moving or have just forgotten about i live in west michigan any help would be great thanks george

What are ya' wantin' to setup to do? makes a difference in what will suffice/work/excel...
I have some sections of 120# railroad rail, that work super fer most of my needs...
They're much older than I am, but show no injury, after 2+ generations in use by my ancestors/myself...

I assume the .30-06 is a 1903 Springfield, or at least an 03-A3.

Yup, 03-A3, or Garand. gcdmd amigo!
Must say a good Springfield is always gonna be a better tack driver, due to no movin' parts when ya' gotta do th' Ma Bell thing.
Also have a '43 Mosin-Nagant, 7.62x54mmR

looking to make some knives and ornamental type stuff a 70# to 150# should do. have been looking on craigs list not much luck with any thing close or it is just beat to death and way over priced
