    Latin Touch Pig Roaster...

    Selling this baby for $200.. Couple of dents on it (metal part on top, barely noticeable) from my lovely UPS guy but never been used and already assembled.. In the San Fernando valley..

    My son-in-law is Cuban and has one of these. It turns out some really delicious food. He takes the pig and makes small cuts in it and inserts whole garlic cloves (about 100 or so) and uses sour oranges. Surprisingly, it turns out really crispy pig skin. Pig goes inside the cooker on a rack and lit coals go on top. It is pretty neat.
