Yes I am selling my KBQ that I bought in July 2016. Looks and of course works great, I actually think it is "dummy proof" because I have not been able to over-smoke anything. Though I have to admit I have probably used it less that 15 times but did manage to cook 10 tri-tips on one cook. I have had 3 lower back surgeries and some complications from the last one and bending down low is a real problem for me. I hope to find an AR member to sell to before I bother with craigslist. Would it work for you if you put it on a table to raise it up some? You might not be able to use all the shelves, but the upper shelves might be doable.
Ron, thought about that but if I only raised it 24" which wouldn't really be enough that firebox starts getting close to eye level and shied away from that plan.

First off, I wish you well with your back issue(s). Problems with the lower back can be debilitating, hopefully that's not the case with yours. Secondly, I wish I didn't live 2/3 of a country away, that thing would be at my house right now.

I had the same concerns about using the KBQ down low (wonky knee for me) so I bolted mine to a table. If I hadn't done that I too would not want to keep using the KBQ.
Just received my table from amazon, cannot wait to get it set up. The type of work I do requires a lot of time crawling around on concrete my knees are going to love it. Thx Histrix for posting your set up!
I am in no rush but will have to at least respect the first come first served idea. I know I have it at a very attractive price and it will be higher if i have to go to Craigslist, just wanted to see an AR member get first choice. plus a lot of craigslist people will have no idea what this smoker really is.
