I used this personally only a few times and would make pizza for friends and then put in a big pork butt, by morning it was fall off tender, and have pulled pork and potato Burritos. The list is endless what meats you can BBQ this is a perfect Oven. It does take on wood flavor. I have the same one built in the home so don't use this one.
