Insulated reverse flow

Workin on another insulated comercial smoker at the moment.
1200x900mm Sheetmetal #16 , and has 5 racks.
Heat goes up the 2 outer chimeny's , passes down over the meat then is drawn up the center and exits.

You have some nice looking 'ahumadores' (did I say that right?) on your website! Nice work! I moved this to For Sale or Trade, since that is the appropriate channel for showcasing commercial products.

RonB That's a LONG way south! This camper is struggling with the idea of the Bahamas, equal to the southern third of FL on the latitude scale!

Ok, I wasn't trying to sell on here btw. Today I only got the roof, back panel and guides for the grates welded in. Tomorrow I will make the doors. I am working on other projects so may have to leave this until I get time again to finish it.
