This is installed in my new house, I'll never use it and would much rather fill the void with a storage option. Before I try and sell it on marketplace or whatever I figured I'd throw it up here. I believe it's only 2 years old (possibly September 2024) and the neighbor says the previous owners hardly if ever used the outdoor kitchen after building it. I have tested it and it cools off quite quickly and fairly quietly.

The whole BBQ area is dirty until I can start using it regularly, but the flaking on top of the unit is just the protective film that was never removed, it comes off fairly easy and I suspect a pressure washer would knock that stuff off if it would be visible in your setting. I'm thinking $900 (but open to offers) with local pickup about an hour south of Raleigh NC.
