Does This seems like a fair price for the smoker just wondering yall thoughts ?
I know used smokers are hard to sell in the first place ,
everyone wants cheap Lowe’s brand stuff

I’d be asking more, in fact I sold mine a couple years ago for $1,500. Are you only advertising it here? I couldn’t find it on Craigslist or FB. You definitely need more exposure for a specialty item like this. Good luck!

I think it’s probably a good price. I bought mine for used for a decent chunk less, but that was a few years ago before the huge jump in steel prices. It’s a pretty niche cooker that many wouldn’t believe how great it is, so just have to wait for the right buyer to see it.

I tried to send this as a pm, but apparently you can't get pms...

I might be interested in the pit you're selling...I'd be coming from Boston, so a bit if a drive but not awful. Would this fit in the back of a Camry or would I need to rent / borrow a truck? Also, how would you accept payment?

It’s about the size of a small dishwasher so it could easily fit in the back of A small SUV.
It may fit in a Camry with the Smoker and taking it off the cart , but having to fit in and the cart as well might be a bit of a snug fit, but anything can be figured out to make it work

Jesse82 I think I'm going to have to back out after all...I started looking into the logistics of buying and storing firewood of the right moisture for the C-60 in my area, and that aspect of owning a stick burner seems like a whole pain that I'm just not ready for.

                        ETA: Never mind about that.

Jesse82 Never mind about me backing out -- I might have found a local place for exactly the kind of firewood I need after all, so I might be interested again. I'm going to call them tomorrow to make sure they'd deliver here and then text you to work out next steps.

ETA: They actually just replied to the email I'd sent earlier...it looks like I'm good for firewood. I'll text you tomorrow to start talking about the specifics.

Hello , yes just text me and we can talk it all over
firewood shouldn’t be too hard to find I can help you source a local guy if needed.
as far as running a stuck burner it’s very very easy to use. You really just put wood in it every 20-25 min and forget about it. The cooker does the rest
look forward to chatting thank you
