$650 or Best Offer - Meadow Creek BBQ26S - For Sale in Baltimore, MD

Love this thing, but downsizing as I never use it as better for larger group cooks and it’s just three of us. Still have my pellet and offset and hoping someone else might enjoy it. Description from Craigslist post below but make an offer as I’d rather someone enjoy it than sit in my yard unused.

$650 or willing to consider best/any offer, honestly just want someone to use it)

    Description:

Selling a Meadow Creek BBQ26 charcoal chicken cooker in good working condition.

This is a heavy-duty, American-made grill designed for high-heat charcoal cooking with even heat across the entire cooking surface. Known for cooking chicken halves evenly, but also works well for steaks, burgers, and larger cooks.

    Features:
    * Flip-style chicken grate system for even cooking
    * Flat cooking grate included for general grilling
    * Integrated lid thermometer
    * Heavy steel construction (commercial-quality build)
    * Charcoal tray allows both direct heat grilling and indirect cooking setups

    How it cooks:
Designed to create an even charcoal bed under the entire grate, which helps cook food consistently across the surface. The flip grate makes it easy to turn multiple pieces at once, while the flat grate gives you a standard grilling setup.

    Condition:
Good – fully functional with normal cosmetic wear (surface rust and discoloration, see photos). No structural issues; grates, lid, and body are solid.

Only selling because I’m simplifying my setup (have a pellet and offset also) and not using it.

    Pickup only

Must resist MCS...Must Resist MCS...MUST RESIST MCS!!!!

eta...also I am getting the $$$ straight to buy a new griddle. Occasionally, I need to focus on priorities and what will get the most use...

I mean it will sound self-serving, but I always say lean in if you experience a bout of MCS (as I’m casually googling what might fit in the same space even though I’m supposed to be downsizing).

I wish I was closer! Meadow Creek is some serious equipment! Oh, and I wish my wife couldn’t see the checkbook. That’s kinda the important part. Good luck with the sale, I’m sure you’ll find a buyer!

I always wondered if these rigs were good for brisket and ribs.

Great for ribs (though more direct heat style), brisket would be difficult and the temp control wasn’t as dialed in as some other cookers I’ve seen but likely could be done.

We all get to the point where the numbers we cook for decline, unless, of course, we go into the restaurant or catering business. I don’t see either of those in my future! LOL
