      I love this book. Read it cover to cover twice, and have reread sections countless times. It’s inspirational.

        Buying a WSM in 2002 changed my barbecue life in a huge way for the better.

        The second big change in my barbecue life came from reading Aaron's book. After 13 years of being content with a WSM and a Kettle, it sent me through a barbecue renaissance .

      He includes the three recipes he uses for his BBQ sauces at his restaurant in the book The Espresso BBQ sauce is amazing on sausage.
