I've enjoyed this grill so much, especially getting creative and trying to make it do things people said it couldn't do (like a low and slow pork butt or ribs). But, we bought it with a future camping lifestyle in mind and well life threw a bunch of curveballs so that's not happening.
The flip kit parts have only been used twice, the normal configuration I use fairly regularly if you follow the SUWYC thread. It's great for a couple burgers or steaks during the week, the flip kit gives you a ton of grate space for a portable grill. But most importantly you CAN smoke at sub 250 with some creative fuel and protein placement. All parts pack up nicely into the locking body of the grill.
