Honestly, I don’t expect folks to do this as we operate on the honor system, but it will avoid any problems.

I would consider it Keto. Maybe not strict, but you’d burn off the sugar in no time. Unless you were totally sedentary. As long as the rub is not the first or second ingredient, you’d be fine.
