FS Karubecue C-60 Smoker (KBQ) - Pickup in Southern NJ

Looking for $1,100

Purchased in November 2018, this KBQ has been used and the control unit has always stored inside. Although I absolutely love the delicious food it produces, I am sad to say that I simply don't seem to have the time to source and process wood, tend ongoing cooks due to family obligations. I have only used it once or twice since our daughter was born and will be replacing it with something more hands-off.

Included in this sale are:

• C-60 KBQ (with door hinge mod to allow full removal of door for cleaning or putting a hotel pan in the bottom)
• Searing grate for top of firebox
• KBQ Hook Tool
• 3 hotel pans (2 shallow and one deeper)
• The Thermoworks thermometer that came with it
• Two homemade "spark arrestors" to cover the open sides of the firebox
• Plug switch to quickly turn off the control box when tending the fire
• Alligator loppers for processing wood

If you're looking for an amazing smoker that produces incredible results and are willing to put in the (minimal) effort to keep it going, I couldn't recommend the KBQ highly enough. It has been a joy to own, and I hope it brings you as much pleasure as it has brought me.

Available for pickup in the Deptford, NJ area. Sorry, but I don't know how to effectively package and ship this thing so sticking to pickup only.

Looks like new! I'm only 8 1/2 hours away. That would bump the cost an adtl $275 to $300
Plus a very large day of travel. Just guess it was not meant for me.

I'm really tempted but have decided to save the $$$ for the metalshop I am putting together so that I can make my own cookers.
